Project Description
The project was constructed in two phases:
Phase One:
Includes the following concrete buildings:
1. An administrative building with a ground floor and a staircase, with an area of 324 m².
2. A workshop building and a service building with a ground floor and a staircase, with an approximate area of 238 m².
3- Four guard towers, a main gate with metal doors, a guard room, and a generator and transformer building with an approximate area of 66 m² . In addition, external works include asphalt yards, sidewalks, canopies, retaining walls, external wall boundaries, and an underground water tank.
Phase Two:
Includes metal hangars, block walls, upstand walls, and two guard towers with an approximate area of 1,500 m², in addition to external works including asphalt yards, sidewalks, canopies, retaining walls, external wall boundaries, ramps, and complementary electromechanical works.
